Internal Application: CRM Project Coordinator

Job Description

Job Purpose:
Primary job responsibilities are to interact with the Cendyn production integration team and maintain project status, updates, and continuous communications through the project lifecycle. This includes the maintenance of project schedules, timelines, requirement documents, and coordinating communication among cross functional teams. Additional responsibilities are monitoring progress and tasks, gathering data and information required by the project, and assisting project teams with other project related tasks. Other duties include documenting internal processes, recording and disseminating meeting minutes, and organizing project documentation. This role reports to the Director of CRM Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Hotel & Resort industry
  • Maintain and update project schedules in Smartsheet
  • Review project records in various software tools (Salesforce) used to manage project information to ensure timely and accurate updates
  • Prepare project status and progress reports for client and Cendyn management
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Cendyn products and internal processes
  • Document and disseminate project meeting minutes
  • Participate in the development & improvement of Project Management processes

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years experience related to the hospitality industry
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency, Information Technology, or online enterprise CRM/CMS implementation environment
  • Minimum of 2 years client contact and communication experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Project Management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, TeamworkPM, etc...)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience developing and managing project related documentation
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Strong customer service focus encompassing both external and internal customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent experience (military, public sector, or private sector) required
