Account Manager - Sales Suite

Job Description

Job Purpose:

As an Account Manager you will establish and maintain strong client relationships to guide clients through the production process. Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer requirements and improve the overall experience. Our ideal candidate can identify needs and exceed client expectations. The focus of this position will be on our Guestfolio prodcut: 


  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customer
  • Liaise and coordinate between clients and various internal departments
  • Manage customer and project level performance by keeping professional hours and direct costs within budget, handling multiple projects confidently and delivering effectively at pace
  • Educate, train, inspire, and support customers on best practices, and how our platform can support their business needs 
  • Identify, Resolve and/or escalate potential client issues
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities for client on all our products
  • Provide excellent post live customer care ensuring strong retention


  • At least Associate's level education, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-year project and client management experience required
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, negotiation skills, analytical skills, and attention to details
  • Professional (even dynamic) presence, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel) including skills for the formatting and creative visual display of information
  • Self-starter, proactive, and accountable for your output and results
  • Adaptable to change and always willing to reinvent and improve
  • Superb communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Project management experience or mindset
  • Ability to think and act calmly under pressure
  • Extremely strong customer service attitude and willingness to go to great lengths to satisfy the client
  • Basic understanding of online hospitality marketing
  • Ability to work extended hours and provide after hour support as needed
  • Knowledge in Salesforce helpful
  • Hospitality experience in Sales, Catering or Conventions/Event Services is helpful but not mandatory
