Account Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Account Coordinator will support our Account Directors who work with multiple high profile client accounts, each with different specific policies and procedures.  The ideal candidate will have a strong client facing background as well as attention to detail and problem solving abilities.  The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to work with a team within a fast-paced environment, as this role will have cross-functionally responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the specifics of each account requirements
  • Provide flawless service to each account
  • Assist with maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Serve as back up contract for clients
  • Ensure that client processes and procedures are followed and quality standards are met
  • Anticipate client service needs
  • Provide client support around propriety software
  • Input and manage data on proprietary software
  • Perform and supervise client enhancement testing and configuration changes
  • Provide two-way communication between clients and Cendyn management
  • Answer client hotlines and emails
  • Provide customer trainings on software, as needed
  • Ticket processing
  • Encourage the continue evolution of proprietary software

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and decision making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work both schedules of 9 am-5 pm and 11 am-7 pm
