Responsibilities:

Serves as Calhoun's interface with the COR, government Technical Task Managers and/or other client agency representatives.

•Responsible for: formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning Contractor schedules; reviewing work discrepancies; supervising Contractor personnel; communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel; overall contract performance and ensuring compliance with the QAP.

Experienced and demonstrated capability in managing task orders of the size, type, and complexity described in the PWS.

 Excellent knowledge of project management – track time, plan resources and monitor financial performance to include managing a budget and forecasting

Must have demonstrated communications and writing skills at all levels of management.

Excellent problem-solving ability

Assembles and recruits professionals as necessary to perform assigned tasks – experience in hiring and assembling a talented team; 
 

Requirements:

Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Masters’ Degree desired); Senior Service College Graduate; or Bachelor’s degree in equivalent field.

Minimum Experience: Over 25 years of experience as an Army Intelligence officer with experience from tactical to strategic; Combat deployment experience; Five (5) years of directly related intelligence analysis and staff experience at the HQDA, Joint or closely related DOD organization / agency. 

Desired: PMP Certification; Battalion Command experience; Experience as an Army Staff Action Officer within HQDA, DCS, G-2; Joint Duty experience
