Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled sales operations specialist with strong analytical abilities and deep expertise in Salesforce to drive operational excellence and optimize our sales processes. This role will be responsible for sales operations, including data analysis, process optimization, reporting, and Salesforce administration. The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business goals and help scale revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Management & Optimization
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce to improve the efficiency of the sales team.
- Manage Salesforce administration, including data integrity, user support, and system upgrades.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom solutions that enhance productivity.
- Sales Operations Strategy
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes that align with the company’s revenue goals.
- Create and optimize key sales operations processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, lead scoring, and deal tracking.
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend actionable solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Data Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards to track sales performance, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Regularly review and report on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Collaboration
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on key business initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to the sales team on best practices and tools that enhance performance.
- Revenue Forecasting and Planning
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, territory planning, and quota-setting processes.
- Provide financial modeling and projections to help leadership make informed decisions on sales strategy and growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure that all sales operations are compliant with company policies and best practices.
- Lead projects focused on automating and streamlining sales operations processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations.
- Salesforce expertise with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in process optimization, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
