Message from the Hiring Manager:

Caldera Medical is seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead and align the Events, Digital Marketing, and Product Management teams. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support company growth, enhance brand equity, and drive market engagement. The Marketing Director plays a key role in cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and partnering closely with the Creative Design Director.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight
    • Lead and mentor high-performing teams across Events, Digital Marketing, and Product Management.
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture across all marketing functions.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Drive go-to-market plans, product launches, digital campaigns, and event activations to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with the Creative Design Director to maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Streamline initiatives across marketing, sales, R&D, and clinical teams to ensure unified execution and customer experience.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources strategically, and track performance to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
  • Market & Performance Analysis
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and campaign metrics to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
    • Present actionable insights and reports to leadership to guide ongoing marketing direction.
  • Team Development & Growth
    • Provide coaching and career development for direct reports, building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development across the team.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industry strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams and launching successful campaigns/products
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, product lifecycle management, and event strategy
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support team development and business goals (approximately 10–20%)
