A leading professional networking company seeks a Project Manager. The successful candidate will support the Strategic Finance team for online subscriptions, focusing on managing the product repository process for tracking and updating experiments and initiatives. This is a hands-on role that involves managing data, coordinating updates across teams, and ensuring the integrity of our tracking systems. The company offers a great work environment!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product repository, our central source of truth for all initiatives and experiments. This includes managing data quality, ensuring timely updates, etc,
- Proactively develop new project tools and templates to support the team. Opportunity to leverage AI tools available.
- Assist with the creation and update of key project artifacts (project charters, project plans, project resource plans, project budgets and communications/change plans) and with meeting facilitation by sending meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking assigned project team activities
- Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights and deliver recommendations
- Own and manage multiple concurrent operations projects of varying complexity.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with non-technical project/program management in a tech company, especially working with product and engineering teams.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong execution and experience in delivering on complex projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions.
- Ability to communicate with the executive team.
- Ability to be highly productive and proactive in supporting key stakeholders.
- AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a nice-to-have for process improvement.
- Online subscription experience is a nice-to-have.
