  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

A leading technology company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support. The successful candidate will independently perform hands-on fabrication, testing, and inspection of delicate circuit components using specialized equipment, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to strict manufacturing standards in a high-precision production environment. Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, and cameras for setup and visual verification.
  • Handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with engineers, trainers, and team members to maintain production quality and meet team goals.
  • Report issues or concerns through a standardized chain of command to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and utilize computer systems for tracking and communication.
  • Support continuous training and skill development based on performance and production needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols to protect sensitive components.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through effective communication and shared responsibility.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) environment.
  • Ability to properly handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form.
  • Skilled hand-eye coordination for precise manipulation of small, sensitive components.
  • Proficient in computer skills for documentation, equipment operation, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to escalate concerns appropriately through a standardized chain of command.

Manufacturing Operations Support Shift:

  • 2 PM to 10:30 PM
