Logistics Associate Responsibilities:

• Material Movement: Efficiently load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure system accuracy.
• Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and prepare outgoing goods with proper documentation.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards) and operate all equipment according to safety protocols.

Logistics Associate Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Certification: Forklift certification is a plus (we can also provide training).
