A leading digital streaming network seeks a Contract Administrator to oversee the lifecycle of procurement contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining visibility across platforms, serve as the subject matter expert in contract management, collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement Category Managers, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Business Stakeholders, and Technology teams to optimize contract processes and performance.

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the procurement contract database in Oracle Fusion, ensuring data integrity, accurate entry of contract data, and proper documentation of vendor agreements.
• Establish and optimize contract management processes, including gathering contracts from requestors, reviewing, and storing executed agreements and legal documentation.
• Review contracts to identify and validate key data points (e.g., entities, payment terms), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with source-to-pay processes.
• Track, analyze, and report on contract performance metrics (e.g., pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, spend) using Excel tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Collaborate with Procurement teams, buyers, and internal stakeholders to input data, resolve contract-related issues, and ensure alignment across functions.
• Promote contract management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.

Contract Administrator Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Oracle systems, Ariba (Oracle Fusion experience is preferred).
• Entertainment, broadcasting, or media industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management strategies across a complex organization.

Shift:

• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
