Job Summary
As XOi enters its next phase of growth, we’re seeking a Head of Field Enablement to build and lead a strategic enablement function that empowers our field teams to deliver consistently high performance. This role will design and implement onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs that drive measurable business impact. It is a highly collaborative role that works closely across sales, product, customer success, and operations to align enablement efforts with organizational goals. We’re looking for someone who brings a strategic lens and a builder’s mindset - someone who’s not only able to think big and drive long-term vision, but also willing to roll up their sleeves to stand up scalable programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a strategic field enablement roadmap aligned to XOi’s business and growth priorities, with clear KPIs to measure impact.
Build and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales, Customer Success, and other field teams. Develop persona- and vertical-specific content, both technical and non-technical.
Own and optimize the enablement tech stack (LMS, knowledge base, etc.), ensuring integration and adoption.
Maintain a centralized, user-friendly repository of up-to-date enablement materials.
Drive adoption of onboarding, certification, and training programs; track and report on completion, ramp time, productivity, and other business KPIs.
Establish ongoing feedback loops to ensure enablement materials stay effective and up to date, continuously optimizing for field productivity and performance.
Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain impactful enablement materials that support key initiatives, campaigns, and GTM motions—ensuring content is timely, audience-specific, aligned with field needs, and adheres to brand and messaging standards.
Coordinate cross-functional readiness efforts to ensure field teams are equipped for new product releases, messaging shifts, and strategic initiatives through targeted enablement plans and training.
Equip frontline managers with tools and guidance to reinforce training, coach effectively, and drive consistent execution across Sales and CS teams.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in field enablement, revenue operations, training, or business operations roles within high-growth technology companies.
5+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and scaling enablement or training functions.
Proven ability to design, implement, and scale programs that drive measurable improvements in field performance and business outcomes.
Deep knowledge of enablement technologies (e.g., LMS, CMS, knowledge management systems, AI tools, analytics platforms) and experience managing complex tool stacks.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills; able to deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Software experience in field service, construction tech, or industrial SaaS a strong plus.
