What You’ll Do:

As a Senior/Financial Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Deepen connections with existing clients while actively growing your network through referrals, professional connections, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide Personalized Financial Guidance: Deliver comprehensive financial planning, empowering clients to achieve their life goals.
  • Lead with Impact: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Portfolio Management team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategies.
  • Mentor and Collaborate: Lead and develop Associate Financial Advisors in client service delivery while working closely with Portfolio Managers and Business Development teams.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ investment goals, risk tolerance, and unique financial situations, guiding them through life’s complexities with confidence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in advisory services in a client-facing role with comprehensive financial planning and business development expertise.
  • CFP Certified (or 7+ years of lead advisory experience with a commitment to obtain CFP within 2 years of hire).
  • Knowledgeable in equity compensation (ISO, NQSO, ESPP, RSU, 10b5-1, 83(b)), concentrated stock solutions, Bay Area real estate, estate planning, taxation, insurance, and alternative investments (a plus).
  • Experience with eMoney and Salesforce (or other CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Must have mode of transportation for travel (prospect/client meetings)
