Continuing along its highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is ready to make a difference to this transforming, growth oriented and locally based credit union. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer in its San Francisco headquarters.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for administering all aspects of the Human Resources (HR) functions, including but not limited to: recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HR training and legal compliance. The position partners with the Payroll department for a seamless bi-weekly payroll and works with Senior Leadership to make recommendations in establishing overall HR objectives, policies and plans and ensures HR activities are conducted in accordance with established Credit Union policies and procedures, federal and state laws. This position is a great blend of a strategic and tactical functions with the assistance of a PEO.
The Ideal Candidate
The Human Resources Manager requires Credit Union/Banking experience with a BA/BS in related field preferred, and a PHR/PHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification being a plus. The position requires a minimum of eight years previous Human Resources experience, three in a supervisory capacity and knowledge of ADP TotalSource. SFFedCU seeks a highly organized candidate with great follow through, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and make strong decision with good judgment and minimal supervision.
