The Situation

With an A health rating and solid year over year growth, San Francisco Federal Credit Union’s (SFFEDCU) membership is now over 45,000, with assets surpassing $1 billion and branches located in San Francisco and San Mateo County.  Continuing along its highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is ready to make a difference to this transforming; growth oriented and locally based credit union.  This position reports to the CEO and is based in its San Francisco Headquarters in the Civic Center District.

The Position

With a natural passion for people, and all aspects of the human resources function, the Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role, both strategically and tactically as the sole HR practitioner in this well respected and innovative financial institution.   

Supported administratively by ADP Total Source, this highly skilled and experienced HR generalist will easily segue between problem solving complex employee relations issues to recruiting and on-boarding new employee members to administering the annual merit review and benefits open enrollment process.

A natural leader, the HR Manager enjoys supporting and engaging with San Francisco Federal’s high performing, talented and empowered team of individuals who serve the communities within the Bay Area by providing innovative financial solutions that bring peace of mind and inspire relationships.

Reporting to the CEO, this individual is capable of operating well with a high level of autonomy. The Human Resources Manager is extremely adaptable and responsive to changing priorities as the organization continues to grow and develop its organizational culture and practices.

The Compensation
