       San Francisco Federal Credit Union is Expanding!

We are opening a new office in the Van Ness & Geary area!

Continuing along its highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a Branch Service Representative, Branch Supervisor and Branch Manager who are ready to make a difference to this transforming, growth oriented and locally based credit union.  

The Positions

Branch Service Representative:

The ideal candidate will optimize their expert level service & sales experience, cash handling, and relationship building skills in areas such as opening new accounts, originating and processing credit cards and personal and auto loans, and processing teller transactions.  Above all, the ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn how to evaluate member needs and offer the appropriate products and services to enhance member relationships and foster member loyalty.

Branch Supervisor & Manager:

Strategic, operational, and hands-on, these roles quickly transition from coaching team members, to assisting with member issues, to business development to jumping in when necessary to relieve a Branch Service Representative.  

The Branch Supervisor assists in the overall financial performance of the branch, the development of the team, legal and procedural compliance, and the member experience.

The Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the branch and the member experience.
