WIP Coordinator

Manufacturing | Chino, CA | Full Time | From $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for processing WIP orders and operational support functions at an acceptable level. Communicates with purchasing, sales, operations, warehouse personnel and management as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.

  • Processes WIP orders in SYSPRO Software System: needs the general understanding of processing orders, reads prints, breaks down of material used per job, adjusts usage, time per operation issued, and goods receipts.
  • Requires general understanding of processing orders, reading prints, break down of material used per job, adjusting material usage, time per operation issued, and goods receipts.
  • Provides accurate details and the ability to decipher the standard use of Machines, Bending, Flame Polishing and Thermal Forming
  • Resolves inventory and discrepancy issues
  • Provides clerical and administrative support across many areas of the Warehouse
  • Provides feedback on progress or issues in a timely manner to Warehouse Manager
  • Ensures project documentation and value assurance to the accuracy of job details input by Operation/ Machinist
  • Communicates and works closely with Warehouse personnel
  • Maintains a strong focus on job processing and problem resolution
  • Provides reasonable responses to inquires – email, voicemails, requests, etc.
  • Clear understanding of the LYNQ software system and the ability to make necessary processing adjustments and corrections with LYNQ.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in role
