Following is a brief outline of duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing promotional B2C campaigns to meet or exceed performance and budgetary requirements.

  • Work with our Marketing, Communication and Creative departments for deployment of promotional campaigns.

  • Assist with public and media relations activities, including drafting news releases and talking points, assisting with media pitches, press kits and news conferences for the promotional campaigns.

  • Manage our clients' brand integrity.

  • Incorporate digital strategies to drive online traffic to websites utilizing a range of techniques including programmatic digital advertising, paid search and SEO.

  • Tracking conversion rates and optimizing conversion funnels.

  • Overseeing social media strategy for each promotional campaign.


  • A college degree in marketing or a related field

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, and/or media promotions

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Solid of media channels

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices

Also Required:

  • Agency (marketing, digital, advertising or public relations) experience required

  • Familiarity with local history, culture and marketplace preferred
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent writing and math and problem solving skills

  • Project management experience and an ongoing love of learning highly desirable

  • Both leadership and team player qualities are essential

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Looking or someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do mindset

  • The screening process includes interviews, written and math tests, reference checks and a background check. If hired, you will be in good company as your colleagues have all gone through the same screening process.
