Ready to level up your creative career? Olomana Loomis ISC is a high-impact integrated business consulting, marketing, branding, and communications firm working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and community. We partner with businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, industry associations, and political campaigns to help ideas break through and brands perform when it matters most. We are looking for a Graphic Design/Digital Production professional to join our awesome team
If you believe great design isn’t just how things look, but how they work, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is not a “stay in your lane” design role. You’ll stretch your creative muscles across print, digital, social, video, and environmental design—often all at once. One day you’re refining a brand system, the next you’re bringing a campaign to life across platforms seen statewide (and sometimes beyond).
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a strong point of view, a portfolio that shows both polish and problem-solving, and the confidence to push ideas forward. Award-winning work is a plus. Curiosity, ambition, and follow-through are a must.
You’ll report to our Art Director and play a key role in shaping work that consistently exceeds industry standards, not just meets them.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning designs and a diverse range of successful, high-impact campaigns, including Hawaiian and local style projects (Please include a link to your portfolio with your application).
At least 8+ years of full-time experience as a designer in a studio or agency, with demonstrated leadership and a passion for the craft.
An ambition that includes collaborating with top-tier designers from around the world, continuously pushing the envelope of creative possibilities.
A proven track record of independent projects and the ability to work collaboratively with other creative professionals across various media.
A natural ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
An exceptional communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, clients, and partners.
An eye for detail and precision, with a commitment to delivering perfection in every project, from concept to completion.
The ability to manage people, projects, and budgets effectively, ensuring smooth workflows and successful outcomes.
A passion for learning, staying ahead of design trends, and consistently seeking new opportunities to improve your craft.
Qualifications:
A college degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field of study.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) at an advanced level; proficiency in Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
Strong understanding of lighting, photography, and videography to ensure your designs are brought to life in the best possible way.
A proven ability to lead creative teams, elevate the overall design process, and inspire colleagues to achieve their best work.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for someone who can rise to the challenge and continue to drive excellence in everything they do. If you’re passionate about your work and eager to contribute to a growing global agency, we want to hear from you!
