  1. Define the real business challenge to solve for
  2. Reveal key insights to land the opportunity
  3. Utilize key tools, consumer panels, and research to extract the key insight(s)
  4. Sell in a strategic approach that achieves the client’s business goals
  5. Create inspiring briefs that unlock bold connections ideas
  6. Architect clever yet simple eco-systems that unite how when and where the brand shows up
  7. Collaborate with internal and external teams to arrive at a coherent body of work
  8. Ensure teams are up to date on key trends, human behaviors, and their impact   
  9. Lead strategic meetings and present recommendation with unshakable confidence
  10. Help train and develop our talent in your discipline
  11. Act as a beacon of Noble People’s values (Honest, Bold, Original)


  1. At least 3-5 years as a strategist at a media and/or creative agency
  2. At least 3+ years experience in a client facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, industry tools (MRI, Statista, Infegy, YouGov, etc.)
