Marketing Coordinator 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be report to the Chief Marketing Officer Marketing and be the point person for the internal marketing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all of the pieces of a campaign or initiative—from strategy to execution—come together seamlessly.

To ensure success, marketing coordinators should be detail-oriented and have an introductory understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities. It is a varied role that includes project management, cost benefit analysis, public relations, event organization, product/program development (with team), distribution, sponsorship and research.

What you'll do:

  1. Serve at assistant and right hand to the Chief Marketing Officer.
  2. Guide teams towards finishing projects and campaigns and ensure marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and executed.
  3. Maintain and coordinate all communications and media materials as directed.
  4. Collect and catalogue creative elements and content maintaining marketing documentation & presentation library.
  5. Coordinating with internal departments or external vendors to ensure that all aspects of a project or initiative are completed.
  6. Collaborate with the design team on marketing projects and traffic all marketing efforts to appropriate channel as directed.
  7. Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.
  8. Maintaining an inventory and directory of support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  9. Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry.
  10. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information 

Our Must Haves:

  1. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  3. Highly organized, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage budgets.
  4. Proven job resilience, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external teams to keep projects on track
  6. Critical thinker with a creative mind.
  7. Able to to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  8. Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail performing in multi-tasking environment.
  9. Willing to learn analytical skills to interpret metrics and create reports.
  10. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications a plus

  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role required
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with research using data analytics software
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Experience with MS Office, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Content Management Programs and Email and Marketing Software - a must.
