  • Manage the entire sales process: lead generation; outreach; conducting calls, meetings, and presentations; conduct contract negotiations; providing clear communication about Motive’s unique offerings and creating ongoing consultative relationships with clients.
  • Work with advertisers to understand campaign objectives and communicate the advantages of Motive’s programmatic technology.
  • Stay current on mobile advertising and programmatic industry news and trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Provide recommendations on accounts to improve campaign performance.
  • Build relationships with mobile agencies and direct app developers
  • Represent Motive at mobile conferences and events


  • 2+ years in mobile programmatic sales
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • A resourceful self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented and organized 
  • Ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
