As a part of the pre-sales team in the organization, you will get great exposure to multiple projects using the latest technologies and identify opportunities available in industry. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced candidate to support sales on a dedicated basis to drive and manage programs to improve sales performance, efficiency, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to RFP, RFQ and RFI in a timely manner by working with SMEs, Solution architects, UI/ UX teams and other functional teams, as needed

  • Assist in ensuring proposal submissions are as per RFP guidelines

  • Work with the Dev team, if required to create POC’s and demo videos for proposals

  • Understand industry domain and conduct competitive analysis for creating proposals

  • Assist teams in developing and generating strategies, themes, and differentiators for responses

  • Assist in developing & creating case studies and other sales-related documents

  • Identify and create AppSource offerings

  • Identify opportunities through Partner programs

  • Identify accelerators and SaaS products in our area of expertise

  • Manage accounts and opportunities in CRM system

  • Support and respond to queries for our Marketplace offers and tools

  • Coordinate and work to achieve Advanced Specializations

  • Attend calls and review work of junior team members

  • Learn and stay up-to-date with industry advances

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Candidate can come from education background - B. Tech./B.E. (CSE/IT), M. Tech. (CS/IT), BCA + MCA/B.Sc. (IT) + MCA/B.Sc. (CS) + MBA with a minimum of 60% across academic years

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly collaborative orientation. Aptitude for working with colleagues across a range of seniority levels and areas of subject matter expertise

  • Experience managing multiple areas and competing timelines

  • Ability to respond to shifting priorities quickly and effectively

  • Attention to detail and great observation skills

  • Diligence and commitment to meet stringent deadlines

  • Must have creative mindset towards articulating the solution via presentations and demonstrations

  • Strong experience in creating end-to-end proposals across Microsoft technologies
