Job Description:
· Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, redlines, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva, enhanced with AI plugins and features.
· Design intuitive user experiences for Power BI reports, web applications, mobile apps, and low-code platforms using modern design principles and AI-enhanced tools.
· Use Adobe Firefly to create and edit compelling videos, logos, icons, and flyers.
· Develop & guide the team on the user experience roadmaps for clients - both external & internal stakeholders through applications, chatbots, websites, dashboards, etc.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact design solutions.
· Utilize Figma AI plugins (e.g., FigJam AI, Magician, Wireframe Designer) to accelerate ideation, generate design components, and automate repetitive tasks.
· Use Microsoft Designer for quick, AI-assisted graphic creation and layout generation tailored to business needs.
· Apply Canva’s AI tools (e.g., Magic Design, Magic Write) to rapidly prototype marketing visuals, presentations, and UI mockups.
· Create information architecture, task flows, and data visualizations that support user goals and business objectives.
· Develop and update customer ready PowerPoint presentations that are consistent with the brand and technical communication standards.
· Design and prepare print-ready graphics for events, including flyers, posters, and signage.
· Solve design challenges with creativity and precision, using a full-stack approach (interaction, usability, visual design, HTML/CSS, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages).
· Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging AI technologies in UX.
· Work in Agile teams, contributing to user stories, sprint planning, and iterative testing.
· Continuously solicit and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and user satisfaction.
· Develop effective and well-branded user experience by focusing on data visualization techniques.
· Ensure to drive innovation across User-Centered Design practices.
· Prepare strategic decisions based on project priority.
· Collaborate with the top management to understand the gaps in the expected deliverables.
· Manage a team of user-experienced designers, graphic designers, and researchers (team size: 5 to 12 members).
· Plan and allocate work items, track their progress, and ensure timely delivery of design requests.
· Send daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates for the UX function.
· Ensure adherence to project delivery processes for the team members.
· Recommend best approaches for implementation of user experience.
· Identify improvement areas plus prospective competitive advantage for advanced research as well as exploration.
· Hire and mentor a team of budding user experience designers.
Ideal profile:
· 60% throughout the academics with B. Des/M. Des academic background in interaction design, user-centered design (UCD), or a design-related field.
· Proven track record in the creation of interaction models, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for reporting.
· Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI experience in web, application, and/or reporting design (Power BI and/or Tableau).
· Demonstrable ability to do wireframing, prototyping, storyboarding, and redlines.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator) and Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
· Strong knowledge and use of AI tools
· Ability to create and refine PowerPoint presentations that meet corporate branding and communication standards.
· Experience designing print-ready materials such as flyers, posters, and event graphics
· Experience with creative tools that offer AI-driven functionality.
· Knowledge of UX best practices, design techniques, user interface design patterns, and standard UCD methodologies.
· Excellent communication skills within cross-functional teams.
· Ability to explain design processes and concepts, i.e., why a design works or why it doesn't.
· Exceptional visual design skills with a focus on high-quality deliverables.
· Self-directed, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to balance speed and quality when managing competing priorities.
· Has previously handled Microsoft clients/projects.
· Knows how to handle a team in his prior work experience.
· 5 to 8 yrs. of UX experience with a software services company.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to explain why a design works or why it doesn't.
· Great working knowledge of usability principles, best practices, and techniques.
· Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail.
· Self-managed with a high degree of ownership, accountability and work ethics and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Location:
A3, Sector 145, Noida, UP 201 301 (Next to Aqua Metro line)
This is an in-office role at our Noida campus. While we welcome applicants from across the NCR, the nature of the work requires close collaboration and quick turnarounds. For this reason, candidates based in Noida or Greater Noida are best suited. Commuting from Delhi or Gurgaon is not recommended for this role.
