Studio Assistant / Receptionist

We are in search for an enthusiastic and dedicated Studio Assistant to work across the facilities and admin teams and cover our evening reception until 7pm.
The role will cover
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Monitoring and maintaining the office environment, including cleanliness and security.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Overseeing all meeting room set up for clients and internal meetings/events
- Ordering and stock taking studio consumables
Requirements
- Prior experience serving as a studio assistant or in a related role, preferable in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency with administrative software such as MS Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
The following experience and skills would also be advantageous.
- Experience in coordinating schedules and managing calendars.
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm for architecture and design.
