Job Description

Grimshaw London are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide strong organisational and proactive support to our in-house specifications and quality management teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across the London studio to facilitate business processes and procedures.  You will be helping organise both departments, assisting with meetings, subscriptions, timesheets as well as database maintenance and looking after the office archive.  

The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly within this fast-paced environment. They will also need to be highly organised with a “can do” attitude and a cheerful disposition.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • good knowledge and skill in elementary Excel and Word
  • fluent in English
  • good communication and organisational skills
