Summary of Responsibility
The Revenue Operations Analyst at Finalsite supports our field sales and renewals team in the K–12 market. This role will support the full revenue lifecycle — from deal desk and contract management through opportunity processing and data accuracy in Salesforce — ensuring operational excellence and data integrity across the business.
This position plays a critical cross-functional role partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate thrives on details, process improvement, and enabling scalable growth through disciplined operations. This role is responsible for providing front-line sales support, managing complex deal workflows, and ensuring accurate and efficient order processing from quote to cash. This role is a key operations partner to our sales team, enabling fast, compliant, and customer-focused deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Desk & Contract Management
Review, validate, and process sales opportunities, quotes, and orders within Salesforce.
Partner with Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Legal on contract reviews, approvals, and exceptions to ensure alignment with pricing and policy.
Maintain documentation of deal approvals, special terms, and renewal structures for auditability and consistency.
Support renewal and upsell workflows, ensuring data accuracy and timely contract execution.
Salesforce & Data Operations
Own data accuracy and hygiene for accounts, opportunities, and contracts in Salesforce.
Ensure timely and correct opportunity stage progression, close dates, and revenue categorization.
Partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to reconcile Salesforce data with financial systems.
Generate and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, bookings, and forecast visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives in Salesforce and connected systems.
Provide guidance to Sales on quoting tools, opportunity management best practices, and data policies.
Assist with end-of-quarter readiness activities, ensuring all deals are clean and compliant.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for efficiency and scalability.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures related to deal processing and revenue operations.
Qualifications and Skills
2–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, order management, or similar function
Strong working knowledge of quoting, pricing, and sales workflows
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting a sales organization via ticketing or case-based support systems
