Bring your passion for developing learning content to a flourishing organization as Episource’s Sr. Training Specialist. This role is a remote, full-time, work-from-home position and reports to Episource’s Training and Quality Manager.

Here’s how you’ll impact Episource:

Episource’s Sr. Training Specialist supports new and exciting training and development initiatives by automating the training curriculum for new hires, partnering with stakeholders to develop new content, and facilitating training programs across the organization.

  • Leverage your dynamic LMS skills. As Episource's Sr. Training Specialist, you’ll create automated training material for internal teams, external partners, and clients using innovative digital learning technologies and scalable user interfaces for web learning experiences. Additionally, you’ll edit our current training and development material for different audiences.
  • Serve as a content SME. You’ll develop content with role-based learning levels, workflow elements, and interactive active learning principles by leading training initiatives for the call center and partnering department divisions.
  • Observe with an eye for improvement. Using robust data, you’ll orchestrate training and development initiatives. Using your strong LMS background, you’ll recommend impactful learning strategy recommendations that yield meaningful and impactful end-user experiences.
  • Communicate and collaborate. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with department stakeholders to curate and create content and update training material.

  • In your first three months at Episource, you’ll drastically improve refresher efficiency.
  • Throughout your next six months at Episource, you’ll have created multiple self-pacer modules and automated Episource’s QA training.
  • By the end of your first year at Episource, you’ll have automated most of our training curriculum.

Salary Range (or rate): $55,000 – $65,000 / year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. Episource will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all patient-facing healthcare workers, client-facing employees, employees required to perform business travel, and all designated hybrid/in-office-based positions.
