This is a work-from-home, full-time, remote position.

• Serve as a software SME. Leverage your invaluable experience and expertise to elevate the company, improve the quality and efficiency of Salesforce, and make recommendations to enhance Episource's technologies and processes.

Here is what you’ll bring to the Expert Teams of Episource:

• Over ten years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience, professional certification preferred
• Advanced Salesforce certifications coupled with leadership in Salesforce implementations and strategic contributions
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable code in object-oriented programming languages
• Excel in proactive problem-solving, leading groundbreaking initiatives that elevate both technical prowess and business outcomes
• Proven strategic leader with a robust track record in mentorship, demonstrating excellent communication skills to distill complex concepts and ignite team growth
• Proficiency in SFDX and specific DevOps tools like Copado and Gearset, ensuring robust continuous integration and deployment practices

What your journey at Episource will look like:

• In your first three months at Episource, you will have learned about integrations, teams, their pains, gains, and Episource systems and processes.
• Throughout your next six months at Episource, you will have developed and implemented an enterprise-wide architectural plan with key engineers, product management, and stakeholders.
• By the end of your first year at Episource, you will lead the development of cross-functional architectural innovations that will help the technology teams and stakeholders achieve rapid business growth.

Salary Range: $206,000-$258,000/year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.
