This is a work-from-home, full-time, remote position.

Here is what you’ll bring to the Expert Teams of Episource:

  • Over ten years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience, professional certification preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications coupled with leadership in Salesforce implementations and strategic contributions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable code in object-oriented programming languages
  • Excel in proactive problem-solving, leading groundbreaking initiatives that elevate both technical prowess and business outcomes
  • Proven strategic leader with a robust track record in mentorship, demonstrating excellent communication skills to distill complex concepts and ignite team growth
  • Proficiency in SFDX and specific DevOps tools like Copado and Gearset, ensuring robust continuous integration and deployment practices

Salary Range: $206,000-$258,000/year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.
