Market Data Administrator

Knowland by Cendyn is a premier provider of data solutions tailored to the hospitality industry, empowering businesses to thrive through actionable insights and strategic intelligence. We are currently seeking a Market Data Administrator to oversee our data collection efforts. This role is particularly suitable for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the SaaS industry while accommodating an alternative schedule to support our clients in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Provide the onboarding, execution, and QA of data collection efforts across channels including field reading, self-reporting, and eCollection.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and updates.
- Enhance hotel census data in DataCore and Salesforce.
- Client Support:
- Provide exceptional support to our CSMs and clients across the APAC and EMEA regions via various communication channels, including email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Documentation and Measurement:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of our data collection processes.
- Ensure processes are standardized to bring about repeatable results.
- Measure outcomes and make strategic improvements to processes as needed.
- Map out CRM and Sales & Catering API requirements in EMEA and APAC region.
- Document CRM and S&C system version differences for smoother data-sharing onboarding process, including required configuration changes to receive data.
- Special projects:
- Fully support and be a key project team member for Knowland International expansion.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of reporting and analysis software.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and coach others on their use.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to accommodate alternative schedules to support clients across different time zones in EMEA and APAC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or data management roles is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ideal candidates will have experience or knowledge of hotel Sales & Catering systems.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a home office environment and is an outside sales role. Working in a home office environment requires a high degree of discipline.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are according to terms and conditions and subject to changes by Manager’s communication and may have to accommodate customer schedules in different international time zones.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
