APAC Product Specialist

Customer Delivery | Bangkok, Thailand | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

 The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting our clients on a variety of day-to-day production and configuration requests. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating production tasks, configuring and testing client email campaigns, scheduling reports and answering product functional questions. 


●Track and document all task activities, results and feedback within each task record for account support purposes, client billing, productivity assessment and historical reference

●Assist the APAC Technical Team Lead with regular team workload assessment

●Complete product training programs and pass certification tests as required by the APAC Technical Team Lead

●Build a knowledge base of client needs/objectives to help all Product Helpdesk team members provide world class service for internal and external customers

●Identify, resolve and/or escalate potential client issues

●Work with team leads to identify product enhancement and training needs to improve production efficiencies and overall customer success


●BS,BA or CE from accredited college or university

●Basic HTML skills

●Experience working in the email marketing field, preferably in the hospitality vertical

●Familiarity with CRM database applications and enterprise-level software

●Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising channels, including: Display Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media and Mobile Marketing

●1+ years of experience in account management or hotel marketing experience

●Ability to communicate in English – verbal and written

●Strong time management skills

●Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a team environment

●Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure

●Strong analytical, problems solving and troubleshooting skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

●Strong overall business and people skills, including planning, presentation skills and business acumen

●Strong interpersonal/communication skills

●Computer proficiency in Google Analytics, Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc
