What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed company sales goals

  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads

  • Negotiate and close deals

  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline

  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Oversee the sales budget and ensure profitability


What You Have

Minimum [3] years of experience in a sales management role

Proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
