The Service Team serves as the focal point of our organization as all systems are maintained by them and client retention is performed through them.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control)

• Troubleshoot and repair systems as needed

• Conduct routine system testing and inspections

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Maintain accurate service records

Requirements:

• Experience with security system installation and maintenance (2+ years preferred)

• Working knowledge of low-voltage systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Hikvision, Honeywell, DSC)

• Basic networking knowledge
