Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serving as an expert in Caldera Medical’s product lines, you will lead the distributors and business partners in driving sales results and achieving desired growth objectives in the countries within the region.
- Prospect, qualify, select, train and motivate distributors and their teams of sales professionals to achieve quota and corporate goals.
- Meet monthly/quarterly and yearly revenue and gross margins goals for the assigned region by acting as player/coach to outside sales force and third-party business partners.
- Negotiate and develop a solid network of Distributors with Key Account Managers, Sales Reps and Clinical Practice Specialists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key surgeons and training centers.
- Provide strategic input to the International Lead. Identify and report on potential opportunities to promote sales growth.
- This position requires considerable travel, 60% of the time.
- Transition Management: Oversee the migration from Direct Sales to Distributor Based Sales in the assigned region. Prospect, qualify and recommend the most suitable distributors. Ensure smooth integration of new distributors, providing necessary training and support.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Identify and prioritize high-revenue generating countries, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities.
- Distributor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationship with distributors. Monitor performance, provide training, and support to achieve targets.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats. Prepare and present detailed sales reports with pre-established metrics and KPIs to International Sales Lead.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards. Promote and uphold Caldera Medical's commitment to women's health and pelvic floor solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have 4-year degree. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of medical device experience in the OR surgical space required
- 5+ years’ experience managing a direct and indirect outside sales team.
- Consistent performance exceeding sales quotas (documented stack rankings)
- Must have proven solid experience and track record on Planning and Executing aligned with Corporate Strategy.
- Solid knowledge of Market Access and Reimbursement of SUI & POP implants throughout the countries within the region.
- Willingness to be in field 60% of time with frequent overnight stays required.
