THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales Associate you will begin your career training in a territory partnered with a Territory Representative for several months. Then you will be assigned a few accounts to maintain and grow in the territory you will own upon successful completion of the training program. This is an amazing opportunity to develop and grow as a medical device sales professional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Objectives

• Train with a Territory Representative (TR) for a minimum of 3 to 6 months to establish a solid foundation in the territory representing Caldera Medical

• Stay current on competitor products and market trends to sharpen your positioning.

• Leverage CRM to track account activity, analyze trends, and prioritize opportunities.

• Establish trust with Gynecologists, Urogynecologists, and Urologists across several sites of care - hospital ORs, ASCs, and office-based settings in your territory.

• Transition and continue to nurture relationships as you prepare to take ownership for the territory after the completion of the program.

• Assume total territory ownership upon the successful completion of the training program.


Customer Success

• Deliver consistent post-sale service and support that drives retention and referrals.

• Always represent Caldera with professionalism and high integrity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

• Strong Relationship orientation and strategic thinking skills


• Must reside within the territory.

• Coachable, self-motivated, and flexible.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

• Evidence of leadership and competitive drive – athletics, team environments, extracurriculars


Preferred

• B2B sales experience or working in the operating room or medical office environment.

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience (i.e., athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues.

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
