Message from the Hiring Manager:
Caldera Medical operates across 65 international markets through a regional distributor network. This role is the central operational hub connecting all international distributors, Regional Sales Directors (RSDs), and the VP of International Sales with structured, timely, and accurate commercial intelligence. The Analyst manages distributor relationships at the operational/administrative level, ensures compliance across all distribution agreements, monitors global tender opportunities via the company-wide Tenders Platform, and generates the reporting infrastructure that enables data-driven international leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Serve as primary operational/administrative point of contact for all international distributors across 65 markets; coordinate quarterly report submissions and compliance documentation.

*Monitor compliance with all active distribution agreements: MOQs, exclusivity, pricing schedules; track price lists and flag deviations; manage price increase cycles, true-ups, and credit notes.

*Maintain bank guarantee register - ensure guarantees are active, correctly valued, and renewed on schedule.

*Operate and manage the company-wide Tenders Platform; monitor international tender portals (EU TED, national platforms, WHO, MDB) daily/weekly across all markets.

*Identify, log, and communicate new tender opportunities to relevant RSDs/distributors; coordinate tender response preparation; track full lifecycle (submitted, under evaluation, awarded, lost).

*Generate and maintain International Tender Pipeline Report for VP International, RSDs, and senior management; conduct post-bid follow-up.

*Design, build, and maintain international sales operations reporting suite: distributor quarterly reports, market dashboards, pipeline reports, KPI trackers.

*Monitor international accounts receivable; follow up proactively with distributors on overdue payments; reconcile credit notes and adjustments in ERP/CRM.


Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Data mastery - transform raw distributor data into clean, decision-ready management reports

* Advanced ERP proficiency (Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) - power-user level

* CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) - distributor accounts, pipeline, reporting* Advanced Excel / Power BI or equivalent BI tools - dashboard and KPI reporting

* AI tools proficiency - daily use for automation, report generation, data analysis (mandatory)

* Multilingual: English mandatory; Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese strongly preferred

* Cross-cultural communication - managing relationships across 65 markets simultaneously

* Knowledge of international tender frameworks (EU TED, national portals, WHO/MDB procurement)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* University degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.

* Master's or certification in international trade, supply chain, or business intelligence a strong asset.

* Minimum 4-6 years in international sales operations, commercial operations, or business administration in a multi-country environment.

* Experience managing or supporting distributor networks in a channel-sales model.

* Medical device/life sciences background preferred.

* English full professional fluency mandatory; additional language(s) strongly preferred.

* Advanced ERP, CRM (Salesforce), Excel/Power BI. AI tools daily proficiency mandatory.
