System User Testing Specialist 2507 

A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a System User Testing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s education systems and processes function smoothly through two major Salesforce changes. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, detailed, and organized; becoming proficient in our custom Salesforce setup and the other business-critical systems we use in order to collect revenue. System User Testing Specialist Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $120/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Remote) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • 40  hours/week, 1 Month Assignment

System User Testing Specialist Responsibilities:  

  • Consider all possible test scenarios including testing directly impacted features and functionality, indirectly impacted functionality, and negative testing.
  • Organize and document test scenarios understanding the success criteria not only for system behavior but for user experience.
  • Understand system usage patterns and scenarios in order to recognize issues or improvements.
  • Prioritize work and requests for work based on analyzed business impact.
  • Analyze and identify impacts of changes or enhancements.
  • Research solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Document processes and system behavior.

System User Testing Specialist Qualifications:  

  • Experience as a business analyst or with system testing.
  • Proven ability to recognize business priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Project coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction for solutions.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
  • Have a good understanding of the business processes and system requirements.
