A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Sr. Stock Administrator - Corporate Finance. The successful candidate will assist in various projects within the Global Stock Administration team. The ideal candidate has experience in stock plan administration for a multinational company.

Sr. Stock Administrator - Corporate Finance Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $65/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Salt Lake City, UT 84111, Pleasanton, CA 94588, open to remote)   
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, possible extension or conversion

Sr. Stock Administrator - Corporate Finance Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in various projects within the Global Stock Administration team.
  • Reconcile data.
  • Report year-end activities
  • Report and process testing.
  • Process documentation and flow charts.
  • Handle employee communications.

Sr. Stock Administrator - Corporate Finance Qualifications:  

  • 5-7 years experience in stock plan administration for a multinational company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CEP Level III preferred.
  • Analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work well within tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, deadline-oriented, have a keen attention to detail and can complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion, independently with minimal supervision.
  • A compliant and process-oriented individual who is also flexible and can excel in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality in a very open and transparent environment.
