A leading technology company seeks a Deburr Specialist. The ideal candidate will ensure both delicate precision and care, with the highest quality at the heart of the leading-edge components made in our Technology Center. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Deburr Specialist Responsibilities:

• Remove the micro burrs on milled and/or turned parts following existing procedures.
• Develop new procedures and techniques with the aid of machinists and engineers.
• Operate a heat treat furnace following existing processes and procedures
• Inspect incoming parts for quality and adherence to part specifications.
• Use equipment such as a bead blaster to obtain appropriate finishes.

Deburr Specialist Qualifications:

• Ability to sit and look through a microscope for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with the highest standards of quality.
• High dexterity to manipulate small objects.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination.
• Knowledge of machine processes is a plus.
• Willingness to question anything that doesn’t make sense or may be in error.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM.
