A leading technology company is seeking a Service Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams on a range of sales and service support matters. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Service Support Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal teams to request quote approval requests with specific requirements.
  • Communicate with internal organizations from sales, IT, services, and the business center for issue resolution and response.
  • Solve a broad range of service/support problems varying in scope and complexity.

Service Support Assistant Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with database tracking and management systems.
  • Higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High proficiency in working with Windows OS and MS Office applications, specifically including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with complex and time-sensitive escalations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members, even with constant interruptions.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace to qualify for working remotely.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Shift:

  • Flexible availability to support critical month-end processes and attend meetings in Pacific Time office hours.
