Senior Compensation Analyst 895621 

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team based in east/ central US. This position reports into the Senior Global Compensation Manager.

 Responsibilities:

  • Extensively support the planning and delivery of the annual focal process (Compensation Review activity)
  • Compensation data and design for all special/ one off Compensation projects both globally and across the regions
  • Supporting and advising HR partners on all compensation queries
  • Own all data audits and workday inputs for Compensation
  • Accountable for global salary survey submissions and further analysis on market data to develop pay ranges for all roles
  • Responsible for the quarterly processes on Management Bonus and stock option grants – from maintaining relevant database, validation of eligibility with HRBPs to final sign off and letter generation 
  • Assist with designing and creating compensation education sessions for line managers/ HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Design and maintain a compensation dashboard to provide insightful metrics to key stakeholders
  • Ensure compensation programs are administered in compliance with policies and government regulations through audits and frequent reporting
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of fit-for-purpose reward structures, tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Atleast 4 years experience gained in a relevant Compensation analytical role, preferably in fast based multinational organizations
  • Desirable degree and or Masters in Finance / Maths/ Business
  • Highly detailed oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned areas of work
  • Advanced Excel experience essential (creating and managing large data sets) with an overall ability to work on the MS office suite
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential
  • Prior experience with workday – Compensation rollout and ongoing maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to develop further on Reward Consulting
  • International experience although preferred, is not mandatory

$40 per hour                                 New York, NY 11101                                6 Month Assignment
