Sales Operations Specialist 758003

The Sales Operations Specialist will handle pre-sales activities relating to pricing reviews, deal registrations, process improvement, and CRM reporting. This role will be cross-functional and requires an individual with a diverse skillset that includes analytics, communications, and operations. Must have the ability to react quickly to changing priorities and be able prioritize assignments based on most urgent need and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the routing process for all deal registrations: generate and deliver accurate data into the deal reg forms, identify net-new accounts, and validate that there are not any duplicate deal registrations
  • Enter, document, and pull regular reports on deal reg data within the CRM system
  • Deal review/pricing review
  • Coordinate the submission of non-standard discount requests
  • Provides quarter and month-end support as needed to achieve corporate goals
  • Answer internal/external customer questions on the sales process and order requirements
  • Ad-hoc Ops OEM coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant 3-5+ years of job experience
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional high-end customer service
  • Enterprise ERP and CRM user experiences, such as Oracle, Salesforce.com, or SAP
  • Multi-lingual capabilities a plus
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems and meet daily challenges
  • A self-starter, fast learner, detail-oriented and conscientious team player

$32 per Hour            San Francisco, CA 94107           12 Month Assignment
