A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Program Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has prior experience with project management or program management. The company offers a great work environment.

Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $60/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588, Open to Remote within Pacific Time zone) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Program Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Work across several intra-department teams to successfully deliver their vision to both our customers (external) and stakeholders across the company (internal).
  • Drive team forward through program increment process.
  • Lead meetings, keep everyone on track, organized, and aligned.
  • Monitor our success and identify areas for improvement against agreed KPIs.
  • Use your energy, drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to help implement initiatives and solutions.

Program Manager Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years’ experience with project management or program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience working in enterprise application development or operations strongly is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Extra points for experience with either content management projects (CMS) or software globalization projects.
  • Experience with program increment (PI) planning.
  • Solid project management and operational skills.
  • Highly adept at working with scrum technical / IT teams.
  • Effective management skills with process improvements for a scrum environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, collaboration tools, and JIRA (or similar).
  • Excellent track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex projects.
  • Able to communicate successfully across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and personable. 
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders within the organization.
