We are looking for a versatile Program Manager to join the Customer Success Enablement Programs team. The Program Manager is a highly visible role requiring extensive interaction and collaboration across Services and other groups involved in the launch of new programs and projects including potential Enterprise wide strategic initiatives that support our Global team of Customer Success Managers. These Programs often require close coordination with many different participants across the company to ensure on time and on target delivery of content and integration of that content into a cohesive output. We need a self-starter who will be comfortable working across teams to provide Program Management support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, multiple, enterprise wide programs
  • Identify and escalate conflicts and be able to manage trade-offs involving features, design and schedule
  • Effectively communicate with senior management on decisions that impact Project or Program
  • Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Effectively communicate with cross functional Services teams
  • Plan and ensure project execution is well within (sometimes aggressive) timelines.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and other program managers involved in new programs including representatives from sales, marketing, product management, support, development, and services
  • Work closely with Customer Success leadership to ensure readiness of CSM community for roll out of new programs or processes
  • Create internal and customer-facing collateral to support program roll out
  • Apply knowledge and best practices to design, document, measure and evaluate business processes and policies required to meet organization and program objectives
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, goals and milestones
  • Create alignment and drive consensus with key stakeholders and internal teams in the development, refinement and implementation of new programs
  • Represent Customer Success in cross-functional meetings
  • Proactively manage changing priorities as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of project/program management experience
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings
  • Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with general direction and guidance
  • Experience in managing enterprise wide projects
  • Experience leading and participating in cross-functional projects
  • Capable of translating complex issues into simple terms to facilitate discussion and decision
  • Able to identify relationships between programs and determine impact to other programs
  • Complex problem solver
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills to Senior Leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones
  • Able to drive collaboration, find consensus and influence multiple teams
  • Customer Success experience a plus
  • PMP or other Project Management certification preferred
