Internal Recruiter (H)

We are a Recruiting and Staffing Agency with an office in Santiago, Chile looking for energetic, ambitious people-persons who are interested in learning more about recruitment in high-tech and other industries in the U.S. job market. The primary focus in this role will be full-cycle recruitment including; sourcing, screening and presenting quality candidates to prospective opportunities with our client companies, ranging from software engineering, finance, marketing, administrative, and other positions. This is a great opportunity for expats and fluent English speakers who want to grow professionally in a great work environment.

Company and Location

  • Boutique recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology, entertainment, healthcare, and other industries
  • Looking for a Recruiter to join our off-shore team in Santiago, Chile

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source quality candidates for a variety of positions
  • Review profiles and job applications to filter qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess knowledge, skills or experience for position
  • Present candidate to client companies
  • Set up interviews upon request
  • Extend offers to selected candidates
  • Confirm resources for assignments
  • Update applicant tracking and submission systems
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates

Requirements: 

  • Motivated, organized and able to multitask
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player
  • Enjoy engaging with candidates via phone and email
  • Solid computer skills
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Living in Santiago and authorized to work in Chile
  • Available to work full time (40 hours a week) Monday through Friday during Pacific Time office hours

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • University degree
  • Relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in information technology

Compensation: 

  • Base salary with additional commissions and bonuses.
