A leading professional networking company seeks an Integrated Marketing Manager to support global integrated marketing initiatives by executing multi-channel campaigns, managing content strategy and production, coordinating agencies and stakeholders, overseeing localization efforts, and driving operational excellence.
Integrated Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Execute global integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, web, events, and paid media by managing operational processes including asset preparation, email and ad templates, website production, presentation development, quality assurance, copyediting, proofreading, and creative agency collaboration.
- Develop and execute the always-on content strategy while managing day-to-day content production, publishing, logistics, and collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
- Manage relationships with creative, media, and production agencies, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate campaign execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Oversee localization of marketing assets—including websites, emails, PDFs, social media content, and campaign materials—across multiple languages while maintaining brand consistency and campaign quality.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows and project management tools to improve campaign execution, manage multiple priorities, support stakeholder communications, and continuously optimize marketing operations and content delivery.
Integrated Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing roles.
- 2+ years of experience using project management platforms such as Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Sprinklr, or similar is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, agency relationships, and content production.
- Strong organizational, project management, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, proofreading, and copyediting skills.
- Experience executing marketing strategies across digital, email, social media, events, paid media, and web content production is preferred.
- Understanding of design principles and experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools such as Copilot, Glean, Jasper, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting mission-driven organizations, public affairs, or social impact marketing initiatives is preferred.
Shift
- Hybrid: 1 day per week onsite.
