A leading professional networking and development company is seeking an Executive Producer - Events & Experiences. The successful candidate will support a variety of digital and physical event project needs across the organization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about event marketing and production, have the ability to excel in managing multiple event strategic and operational production priorities in a timely manner, have meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and be able to partner with different teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Executive Producer - Events & Experiences Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $110-$120/hr
  • Worksite: Leading professional networking and development company (Remote)

  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Executive Producer - Events & Experiences Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, strategy, marketing, production, and operations event management teams to ensure experiential design, strategic goals, production deliverables, and tactics are achieved pre-show, during the show, and post-show each respective event.
  • Lead and partner with account team to actively provide weekly stakeholder strategy and event status update meetings.
  • Lead, coach, oversee and inspire the account event team, including facilitating meetings, communicating effectively, and keeping the event on track and on budget.
  • Work with the GEM event account lead to manage and oversee the program process from strategic, experiential, production, delivery and debrief planning cycles: per, during, and post-show in both live event and digital mediums.
  • Help to build the event teams and manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources needed in partnership with the GEM operations Lead and the company's resource management partners.
  • Work with marketing and event partners including agencies, talent, venues, suppliers, security, registration, food & beverage, transportation, health and safety, giveaways, networking experiences, talent and speaker booking and management, audiovisual, digital, facilities, shipping, and other event logistics.
  • Execute Onsite and online events.
  • Actively participate in the experiential strategy development and execution. Continually look for solutions and production methods that will bring forward “best in class” solutions and drive the company's in-person and digital event experience forward.
  • Be seen as a valuable leader in the process and foster a positive team climate that motivates others to excel and deliver.
  • Present updates at meetings, maintain careful meeting notes, manage projects closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to promotional content (i.e. event highlight microsite, on-site collateral, event apps, invitations, and other client communications)

Executive Producer - Events & Experiences Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of event marketing, experiential marketing, digital and physical production experience working in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 5-10+ years of solid digital strategy experience for events, including breadth and depth in digital media, broadcast, content production, and technical production (agency or brand background)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent.
  • Demonstrated successes in live and digital events, large B2B corporate environments (conferences, launches, etc.), and a passion and interest in what’s next in the industry.
  • Experience managing projects and budgets.
  • Demonstrated live and virtual production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence.
  • Excellent eye for detail, fast on your feet, and a problem solver!
  • Ability to multitask and take the lead on several events simultaneously
  • Desire to consistently enhance in-person and digital events, bringing new ideas to the table, both strategic and executional. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint are key.
  • Adept at developing the production tools and resources required to deliver on digital event projects, including schedules, budgets, and management docs.
  • Strong familiarity and comfort with technology in general, a desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements, and the ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to travel as appropriate.
