A leading network applications company is looking for an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact internally and externally on all matters pertaining to the executive’s daily operating needs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise solid and independent judgment in a variety of situations. The company offers a great work environment! 

Executive Assistant Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $30/hr
  • Worksite: Leading Network Applications Company (San Francisco, CA 94107)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:  

  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare professional and confidential correspondence.
  • Work effectively as a team player, working well with peers and members of the greater organization.
  • Work on challenges/problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment are required.
  • Manage a highly complex calendar schedule. Coordinate plans, and ensure the executive schedule is followed and respected.
  • Provide “gatekeeper” and a “gateway” role yet always approachable and diplomatic.
  • Plan and coordinate travels, that are complex and detailed at times.
  • Provide itineraries and agendas and prepare documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Handle logistics for Executive Team leadership meetings including off-site events
  • Work closely y and effectively with the executive to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities with appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain connections with the Executive Team and awareness of issues taking place within the organization. 
  • Successfully complete critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment emails, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the executive’s ability to effectively lead the business.
  • Escalate issues to the executive when appropriate but able to resolve many issues independently.
  • Seek proactive and creative win/win alternatives for the executives, constantly assessing changing priorities and complex schedules.
  • Collect and prepare information for use in board meetings, investor calls, and discussions/meetings of executive staff. Provide support towards the development of the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all executive-level staff.

Executive Assistant Qualifications: 

  • 7+ plus years of experience providing high-level executive support.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in project management dealing with multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint. Keynote presentation skills, and social media web platforms. Ability to create slides quickly at a moment’s notice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, senior executives, and external partners.
  • Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel: approximately 15%
