A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Digital Platforms Specialist - Asset Management. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to drive quality and efficiency in how employees, partners, and vendors interact with these platforms and how they leverage the content usage data. Digital Platforms Specialist - Asset Management Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $35/hr
  • Worksite: Leading audio video, audio, and voice technologies company (Remote)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment

Digital Platforms Specialist - Asset Management Responsibilities:  

  • Own system-wide administration and maintenance of the company’s Asset Center (DAC) and Content Catalog (DCC) for the distribution of marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Own asset and data management of our partner and the company's owned movie, tv, music, and gaming content.
  • Work with internal leadership and vendor resources to support the development of system enhancements and new functionality.
  • Work with business and marketing partners to ensure best practices for nomenclature and asset management are met.
  • Administrate new users, user groups, permissions, asset metadata.
  • Support system authors with daily tasks.
  • Lead training for new users during the iterative release of new platform functionality.
  • Ensure accuracy of data, and that systems and workflows are operating properly.

Digital Platforms Specialist - Asset Management Qualifications: 

  •  3+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms and tools is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) required.
  • Experience with CMS (Content Management System) required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise platform workflows in a complex creative business environment from either client or agency side.
  • Strong taxonomy and content metadata skills are required.
  • Familiarity with the site and/or software development life cycle; requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Experience in demonstrating the ability to proactively make recommendations and go above and beyond to help teammates, partners, or users in solving problems.
  • A team player, who is able to successfully build consensus.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry is a HUGE plus.
