A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Digital Customer Experience Strategist. The successful candidate will work directly with program leadership and workstream leads to identify future state processes and experiences while also driving the integration of identified properties via SSO. The ideal candidate has a good working knowledge of CX Strategy, Digital Technologies, and Product Management. The company offers a great work environment.

Digital Customer Experience Strategist Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $85/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Chicago, IL 60604, Atlanta, GA 30326 or Pleasanton, CA 94588) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 8 Month Assignment

Digital Customer Experience Strategist Responsibilities: 

  • Regarding Product Management, the Digital Customer Experience Strategist will: 
  • Act as the single point of contact between program and multiple working teams across multiple teams, CX, Community, Support, UX, etc.
  • Track and prepare the report of testing activities like results, case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and status, performance baselines, etc.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI)I Planning, Pre and Post PI Planning, & Solution Demos.
  • Facilitate decision-making, align stakeholders on key business decisions.
  • Schedule, facilitate meetings and plans, prioritize cadence of work.
  • As a Business Analyst, the Digital Customer Experience Strategist will:
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and define business requirements.
  • Facilitative process design sessions.
  • Analyze and map business processes (current/future state)
  • Analyze process and data to identify gaps.

Digital Customer Experience Strategist Qualifications:  

  • 5-7 years of experience across all functions.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, Test Lead, or Systems Development capacity.
  • 3 years experience with SaaS technologies.
  • College Degree.
  • Strong aptitude for testing methodologies.
  • Dependency management.
  • Issue and risk triage.
  • Executive messaging and status reporting.
  • Process re-engineering.
  • Data analysis.
  • Operate within an Agile environment and manage the creation of user stories.
  • Proficient at multitasking with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to leverage multiple test tracking tools such as Google Slides, Confluence, Docs, Sheets, Smartsheeets, Asana, JIRA, etc.
