- Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Nashville, TN 37201 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Wednesdays (Subject to change as per business needs))

A leading digital streaming network seeks a multi-tasking and organized Credit and Collections Analyst who can adapt to transformation and evolving changes. The successful candidate will be working in a complex environment with executive leadership, evaluating and analyzing financial information to assess the creditworthiness of individuals or companies.
Credit and Collections Analyst Responsibilities:
- Contribute to maintaining a balanced and healthy credit portfolio, supporting the organization’s financial goals and media-related ventures.
- Partner with Data Governance, providing direction on Customer Setups.
- Prepare payment trend reports.
- Monitor deals in the sales system by lifting and replacing holds.
- Serve as backup to the senior credit manager & Senior Analyst as needed.
- Assist the collection team on collection issues daily.
- Maintain the SharePoint website.
- Set up credit files and send applications to an outside payment vetting service.
- Provide guidance/training on credit processes to ensure alignment with Global Credit Policy.
Credit and Collections Analyst Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of credit or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business.
- Prior experience in finance, financial analysis, or related preferred.
- Prior experience in advertising or media buying preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle E1 is a plus.
- Experience in the media industry is a plus.
- Experience in a multi-location company.
- Experience in credit risk management is a plus.
- Ability to think outside of the box, act quickly, and be a self-starter.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in finance, financial analysis, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in advertising or media buying preferred
- Experience in Credit Risk Management is a plus.

Shift:
- 8 am to 5 pm.
- Flexibility to start earlier or later based on traffic patterns, while still completing a standard 8-hour workday.
